What you’ll do

• Deliver comprehensive primary care in a concierge setting
• Lead proactive wellness and chronic-care management
• Coordinate specialty referrals and follow-up care
• Partner with our team on protocols, quality, and member experience

• MD/DO with Board Certification (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine)
• Active (or eligible) South Carolina medical license
• A collegial, patient-first mindset and strong communication skills
• Comfort with technology-enabled, membership-based care
